Q. Who do I contact to coordinate a move?
A. The University of Arizona contracts with Diamonback Movers. If you need assistance moving such items as lab or office equipment, contact Dave Parker at Facilities Management Custodial. Dave also coordinates set-ups for special events like luncheons and displays. These are billable services.

Q. I need computing and telecommunications service.
Who do I contact?
A. The Center for Computing and Information Technology (CCIT; computing.arizona.edu) provides computing and telecommunication support for the University of Arizona. Examples include email address and telephone set up and maintenance and computer training and workshops.

Q. What steps do I need to take to remove unwanted office furniture or lab equipment?
A. Surplus Property will remove unwanted furniture or equipment that has A tags and therefore cannot be thrown away by Custodial Services.

Q. I need to order to new furniture or equipment. Who do I contact?
A. The University of Arizona has a contract with Walsh Brothers. Walsh Brothers provides furnishings for many types of spaces, including offices and labs.

Q. How do I schedule a conference room at AHSC?
A.

Conference rooms that are on-line are scheduled by the Office of AHSC Room Scheduling

Q. How can I obtain a CatCard?
A. CatCards are issued to all UA students and employees at new student or new employee orientation sessions. A CatCard is an important type of identification for UA students and employees.
